What is the lift out tray?

There was no lift out tray in mine, I think it’s an additional purchase.

What size (diameter) padlocks do these boxes need? Thank you.

It takes up to four total, (two for each handle,) and needs at least two to completely lock, (one per handle.) Maximum diameter for padlock is 0.5 cm and needs at least 2cm length when in locked position to thread through both wholes in the box. Still, even when locked, the plastic is 'bendy' enough to allow a small hand to slip through the middle section where there are no clamps.

Strong and lockable

The trunks are strong enough for me to stand on and I use one not only as storage but also as a step to reach a high shelf above it. They have 2 padlock holes at each end (so 4 in all). As I only need to tamper-proof mine I use marked cable ties through the holes.

Perfect medium duty trunk.
