Punches above its weight
This monitor was a steal when I purchased and even been with the recent price drop. It is great quality and pushing 2k to it looks great as well. There is some IPS bloom (seems brighter when looking right in front of you) but passable for the price. Coming across the US I would expect it to have been damaged though it came inside a huge box. If you are looking for a good monitor that is not a VA panel this is it. The onboard speakers are passable but that is not the reason you would buy this. I use this for work and some gaming. Works perfectly for both. Was hesitant on the brand and some YouTube reviews set me at ease.

Nice monitor, but . . . .
This monitor's engineering leave a little to be desired as regards to the VESA mounting area. There is only a small hole recessed into the back of the monitor that will only accept a small mounting plate. My multi=monitor mounting pole and arms have a universal plate that will not fit and must be mounted flush on the mounting area, thus well above the screw mounts. To add insult to injury, the provided screws are useless with a flush plate mount. This can be resolved by going to Lowes or Home Depot and buying 2 different screw lengths. You will need 2 of 4x16 and 2 of 4x20 METRIC bolts. That's right, the top and bottom bolts are positioned at 2 different depths in the mounting area.On a positive note, the picture quality is excellent with deep blacks. The monitor provides 2xHDMI and 1xDP ports to connect to your computer. My overall rating was 3-stars and the only thing precluding my rating as 5-stars is the engineering for the VESA mount.

Fantastic Customer Service help with warranty
The screen started to have issue after 3 months. I contacted the customer service about the problem. I sent them a video of the problem. It was still under warranty. So that asked me to send my monitors in and when they received it, I got sent a new one. Claiming warranty was simply that simple.I'm a causal user so the monitor is perfect for that to me. Especially for the price.

Very good 4K secondary monitor - even for *light* gaming
OK, so I'll start with a caveat: out of the past 3 monitors I've bought on Amazon in the past 3 months, 2 have arrived broken. I first tried buying a secondary 1440p 165hz monitor - arrived cracked on one corner. Then I tried buying an Acer 4K 170hz MiniLED - arrived with one whole column of LEDs malfunctioning out of the box, so again, another return. I don't know if Quality Assurance is out the window this summer or what is happening, but I wasn't willing to try to order another "super-nice" gaming panel to then have to redo my setup, return it, wait for the refund, etc. Fall classes are about to start, and I just needed a secondary monitor that was either QHD or 4K, and that didn't arrive broken. Last year I bought myself an INNOCN 13" portable OLED monitor, which I absolutely love, so, knowing that the build quality of that one was pretty good, I decided to try this 28" 4K 28D1U - I figured it's a traditional backlight and only 60hz, so they just need to package it right and I'll be good to go. Glad I did! This monitor arrived in perfect condition (phew, I really was sweating it'd be another broken one) and looks awesome. Now, do I love the fact that it's a 60hz panel when I've been using 90hz and 165hz panels for the past two years? No, I don't, but I'm not going to be gaming on this one, it's mainly for email/calendar, so it'll do. Do I love the fact that it's 28" instead of 27" and it looks slightly bigger than the 27" Pixio next to it? No, but I can live with that. Calibration out of the box was a tad blueish - frankly though it wasn't bad, I've had much worse calibration from factory from other brands, but that's nothing that my Spyder colorimeter can't fix. Black levels are quite decent (for an IPS panel, keep that in mind!), a little better than my Pixio Px275h that I now use for gaming - that one was pretty good already, this INNOCN is about %15 better I'd say. Not the brightest panel I've used, but that's fine by me, I care more about decent dark levels. After calibration, it looks really nice - colors do pop if I use it at %100 brightness, but I keep it at %60 because it's mostly displaying calendar/email and I don't need a white screen blinding me all day long. Of course PPI is fantastic at 165 (VS 108 on my other 27" QHD) and text looks real smooth - not that I'd complain about 108ppi, 165 is not THAT much more noticeable, but I do appreciate that I can use it at %175 scaling and still gain desktop space VS QHD at %125 scaling). I do not love the FAST pixel refresh mode, I set it at NORMAL, otherwise there is some visible overshoot that I don't appreciate. So, is it the best panel out there? No. Is it very good for what it offers, at the $200 price I bought it? Absolutely, it's a very fair deal. Am I mostly just glad I was able to finally buy a secondary monitor that is not broken just before fall classes start? You bet. Wish I had been able to keep that Acer MiniLED, but I'm not willing to gamble on more QA issues with new technology - I'll gladly take this traditional 4K IPS panel and make do for the next year or two until either companies figure out how to make and ship MiniLED without being broken out of the box, or OLED comes down to around $600 for a 27" panel.

Great Quality and Screen Image
I needed a monitor for my computer that was large and could be wall mounted in my craftroom. This did not disappoint! The screen quality is superb for my crafting programs. My husband did not have difficulty hanging it using the swiveling wall mount we purchased with it.

Manufacturer will not honor warranty
This monitor is used in a church live-streaming environment less than 4 hours per week. After only 3 months, the screen randomly goes black, and at other times there are lines of static across the screen. The only option for warranty coverage (1 year warranty claimed) is to send an email to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they refuse to reply to any emails.

Not that great, cant mount on a stand
So I got these for photo editing and there are only 2 useable screws on the back of them to mount them to a monitor stand, The picture is great but I have a 4 monitor stand and these are pretty much useless, and the they are only 30 htz not 60.

Better than my older 4k monitors from Samsung, Acer, and Dell
I paid $200 for this and it has the best 4k image of any of my 3 other older low cost 4 k monitors. They continue top leap frog each other with better image at lower nominal cost even after the dollar has been devalued about 15% per year last 2 years ("inflation").
