Does this really read in farenheit as well as celcius as ive bought one already that said it did both and it doesnt.I need one that reads in farenheit

It does read in Farenheit but it's not easy to set. Instead of just pressing the button to switch it on, you hold down the button for about 8 seconds. This sounds easy but it's one of those flimsy inset membrane buttons and it took me 6 attempts as it's very difficult to keep the button pressed in. Keep trying, use a fingernail to push the button and hold it.

Is this model the same as the omron eco temp intelli it mc-280b? is it compatible with the omron connect app?

This is a basic thermometer and cant connect to other devics.

DOES IT COME WITH BATTERIES

It does come with batterie, otherwise, i think, it wouldn`t actually work. And for some surprise to me, it worked! And it`s precise.
