Samsung washing machine. Rubbish
If you want a machine that lasts for 8weeks. And for electrical discounts to tell you that they don't really care and Will not refund or collect the machine.then this is the machine for you. I have been fighting with them since 5th November. Still getting nowhere. I would definitely recommend avoiding.

I didn't get mine from Amazon but it works fine. I wish people would read the instructions because one review says you can't do a spin on its own... you can.

I have the same problem as the other reviewer. Mine lasted 4 weeks then pump failed and PCB failed. Customer service at Samsung just quote guarantee conditions and don’t seem to think you should be aggrieved at having to use a launderette for 3 weeks while you have a washing machine sitting at home waiting for parts. All parts held in HOLLAND so don’t expect a quick fix to anything. I have never regretted buying a product more

Child lock had a major design flaw
This item has a really bad design flaw for people that have children, the child lock locks everything but the power button, and soon as that’s turned off you have to start the whole wash again, how ridiculous, so now I can only put a wash on when my 16 month takes a nap! Who ever designed the “child lock” on this needs firing
