I wanted this for my birthday present.First time when it arrived, the water tank did not fit properly and it was very hard to push it into the riht place.I contacted custmer service and wanted exchange for a new one. They sent me new one which works perfectly this time!I am very pleased with it and very glad they sent me a new one.Only downside is that it took about a month to get a new one and customer service was bit slow. But I will give 5 star on this!

Biggest regret
Would give this zero stars.Unfortunately box in which it arrived was thrown away and am unable to return it.This may be a one off completely faulty unit, but here goes:-water leaks from top of unit(not the reservoir as I first thought)approx 10mls during steaming of one t shirt!and top and spray button get too hot, feel dangerously hot whilst using.Do not believe the other glowing references

This will safe you a trip to the sink to fill up the water reservoir mid-way of your ironing. There is also a low and high heat function, which is self explanatory. I've always used the low-heat control and it will get the wrinkles out good enough. The high heat is for the thicker fabrics or also for some fabrics with the hard to come out wrinkles. Cord is very long, and won't get in the way of ironing. There are other attachments (brush and creaser) to the steam spout area, but I have had to use any of them so far.
