Incredible product, exceptional build quality only wish it had a KVM switch and duel video support. Neat and tidy work space! Great way to power up multi devices

Well, this is a superb product! It worked straight out of the bag, has more than enough charging / data / sockets / connectors, is light, well finished and worked straight out of the box. I am no techno expert, but it was all very intuitive and best of all, most cables are wound around a hidden 'island' underneath and emerge via a slot at the back. Result: huge reduction in wires / clutter on my home work station. The wireless charging mat works well and connects seamlessly. I was delighted to see that my second screen connected to my laptop seamlessly via the docking station, rather than having to be connected to the laptop via USB. Ditto, the dongle for my wireless mouse works via the dock and so does not need to be connected to the laptop.Everything works well and you can leave everything connected, but switch the whole lot off via the on/off button on the riser. I actually placed the Anker dock / riser on top of an 'inert' riser of similar dimensions that I already had, so I have two 'shelves' underneath, to store keyboard, mouse, notebook etc.Potential gripes:1) The electric adapter 'brick' is indeed humungous, but well worth it to me - it simply replaced my laptop's charger adapter brick (nearly as big) and lead...!2) The connection between laptop and 2nd screen drops, if you walk away for a few minutes and the laptop goes to sleep. All you have to do is disconnect the 2nd screen, wait a couple of seconds, reconnect it - and all is well.3) Price. This is not a cheap item. I paid £249.00 and was spectacularly annoyed to see it on Amazon at £199.00 two weeks later - and it is still £199.00 now, six weeks later...! Still, it is a great product IMNVHO even @ £249.00 - and great value at £199.00 (through gritted teeth!).

I was impressed with the build quality (the brushed metal felt very premium) and found it very useful to make my desk look tidier. But unfortunately within barely a month of owning it, one of the USB ports failed. For something which was quite cheap I could have put up with it, but for £150, I had to return it. The HDMI port was also acting erratically (although I can overlook that because my PC has a tendency to struggle with video ports connected through Thunderbolt).

Great quality and worth all the money spent in this device. Works flawlessly. I always wanted single cable solution from laptop and yet wanted a mini desktop table for laptop.This dock serves as mini desktop laptop table, universal dock, wireless charger for my phone..

Update 09/08/23 - Second unit cant with faulty cable which meant USB devices did not transfer data. A replacement cable was shipped which subsequently stopped the unit working at all. I would avoid this product until they get it sorted.Update 08/07/23 - Anker customer support has been great. They sent me a new one straight away and I returned the faulty one for them to look at. Electronics can go wrong for many reasons. The support Anker provides is far better than most suppliers. You can be assured if something does go wrong you are covered :)Update - 05/06/23 - Three months after buying this product it has stopped working.This product cannot be recommended.I bought this product at a reduced price from the RRP of £250 at £220, it is currently £210.I bought the stand as it solved so many of my desk issues, i.e. multiple cables to my laptop, short leads for USB-C hubs, USB-C power pass through making hubs hot, etc. I also wanted to be able to slide my large keyboard away when needed. I spend a lot of time in front of my computers so this spend is for something I would get a lot of value from.I would say the price is too high (why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5) and this is defiantly a luxury item, but it does come with a 100W power supply and compatible USB-C cable for power pass through which are both quite expensive in their own right so this is a lot of the cost.I have rated the value for money 3/5 because I think the placement of the wireless charger to be silly. It is more then likely blocked by a monitor stand. There were so many other more suitable solutions, such as a plug in option so you could place it anywhere or at the front in the middle where you would not have a stand. Overall this is not an issue as I dont often use a wireless charger but it just seemed such a waste.

I got this on Prime Day on a discount which was brilliant. I was looking to buy this for nearly a year.Works perfect with my Predator Gaming laptop and Samsung wide-screen monitor. The building on wireless charger is more helpful than I actually anticipated it would be.My main reasonnfoe buying is the number of ports that the device has. I have 2 alternatives with less ports, but this one looks beautiful and is really helpful by allowing you to also use the space under your monitor.Both the USB C ports support fast charging one port is 100w.The cable management is very nice hidden.

Nice dock but it has some serious connectivity problems with USB-C devices (tried with two MacBook Pro laptops and a Dell laptop).The setup is laptop --USB-C--> dock --HDMI--> Monitor- Every time after the laptop goes on standby I have to restart the dock because the monitor shows static (like when the TV has no cable, something I've never ever seen my monitor do before)- Sometimes the dock just refuses to connect to the laptop- The Network connection speed via cable is slower than anticipated. I get higher speed using Wi-FiI don't recommend buying this dock.
