I've used this product for several years and love it. Lately, my mother, who is a senior citizen, was looking for a healthy multivitamin/mineral supplement to help maintain her active lifestyle. She didn't want the inconvenience of having to take a handful of pills every day, so I recommended Fatigued to Fantastic. She swears by it now. Both flavors are good, though I prefer the berry. I've mixed mine in smoothies and also in plain water. Stirring it into an ounce or two of water first, then filling your glass all the way, helps dissolve clumps for a smooth, pleasant drink. My mother and I both find that Fatigued to Fantastic gives us a nice sense of health, well-being, and a noticeable energy uplift.

I started taking this product about 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It is a great price for what you get- powder + separate B vitamin complex. I can feel it working immediately to give me a huge lift and provide more energy. The only downside is I have a dairy intolerance and it upsets my stomach. But I pick my battles and feel a huge difference taking this stuff; the whey is needed to give full range of amino acids. It doesn't taste so great but I drink it in plain water and if you need energy its not important.I stopped taking it for a long time as my symptoms improved and didn't want upset stomach (learned to relax, ate very clean due to my food allergies- no dairy, no wheat, no eggs, and lots of dark green vegetables). However, this past week, I've been very low on energy and strength. one of the best products i have come across, i saw the difference by day one. I take this along with my protein shake post workout, just superb recovery after taking this, before even after my post workout shake and dextrose mixed with it, i used to feel so exhausted and burnt out but this stuff is simply something else. you will just have to take it if you wanna see what i mean, this is way better than most post workout supplements out there. one of the best things about this is the customer service, who are so nice to follow up and see if everything is good and if the customers are satisfied with their products. If you are thinking if you should buy this or not, just go ahead and blind buy it, you will not regret it. mixes well and amazing taste as well. Thanks for such a wonderful product. I received this earlier this week, ordering it after reading about adrenal fatigue. I believe that I have that. I read suggestions from several sources recommending this product. I am 49, sure I am pre-menopausal, and am always exhausted, although I work through it. I never feel like doing anything I don't have to do.I tried this first thing, mixed in a smoothie, as others have suggested. I have noticed a small increase in energy (only taken it for 4 days) but I have noticed I sleep better, my night sweats have been reduced, I don't have any restless leg symptoms, and I have lost 6 pounds in the last 4 days, which is great! I also don't feel like I need to take a nap at mid-afternoon anymore.I have had trouble losing weight even though I have begun eating less and eating healthier, but no luck. With this added to it, it seems I can drop some weight. I am hopeful this will continue.My only complaint is this- after taking this product, I had a terrible case of what felt like indigestion. It lasted all day, and made things very uncomfortable for me. I thought it was just indigestion from something I ate, and took it day twp. Same issue. Overnight, I managed to get all the excess air out, and felt better. Today, I took it again, and had the same issue. I think I will try using only 1/2 scoop in my smoothie tomorrow. Maybe that will help the symptom. Either way, I will continue on with it, because it seems to be working. If the indigestion decreases, I will stick with 1/2 scoop.

It has good ingredients and it's supposed to provide energy. I've only been on it for a week so far and I don't feel a difference yet. It's too soon to tell. I don't like the flavor because you can taste the vitamins too much, but that's what you should expect.

This really works! I have had a rough year, health wise and within a couple days of starting this powder vitamin, my energy started coming back. For a few days I forgot to take it and I actually felt the difference. I haven't forgotten again! I am very sensitive to vitamins, etc. During all my pregnancies, the prenatal vitamins made me SO sick feeling. For some reason, this does not have that effect at all. I did start with 1/2 dose for the first week, but now take the full dose. The taste is not bad. I think the berry tastes like sweet tarts. If I mix it up into a big glass of ice water, it is actually refreshing and enjoyable. I have not tried the orange flavor.

This is the best way for me to get multivitamins every day. Plus formulation is customized for my health issues: fibromyalgia, fatique problems, muscle weakness, etc. Taste doesn't bother me too much, but is a bit sweet if mixed as suggested. I have two ways I take it:1] Mix into my 16-20 oz water bottle and drink as enhanced water like sold in stores.2] Mix in my morning tea (1 scoop (about 1tsp.) per mug or in just hot water with a little fruit juice for a fortified "fruit tea."Works for me!

This product has great benefits all in one serving a day. I recommend this to anyone looking to add nutrition to their diet.
