This kit is really helpful in explaining on a CD how to go about each detailed step to replace the battery in my Samsung Note 10.1. Includes a tiny screwdriver and special plastic lever. And it worked first time! This battery extended my tablet life to about 8 hours - but it obviously also takes longer to charge. Excellent product.

As with other reviews the screw holes do not line up correctly but did manage to get all in eventually. Apart from that it seems okay and lasts a decent amount of time.

great item very easy to do with the dvd sent spot on alot cheaper doing it yourself. had my tab 4 years just like new again thanks new power99

This replacement battery works in my tablet and seems to have the battery life I'd expect - certainly much better than the knackered old one I took out!Fitting the battery wasn't too hard and with the associated "how to" video (this product shipped with a DVD of the video but I watched it on youtube) most people shouldn't have a problem - the fit wasn't fantastic in terms of the alignment of the 10 tiny battery retaining screws (no, I'm not a moron, the thing just doesn't fit very well) but ultimately it works. NOTE: You will need to manually readjust the date, time and year in your settings (very easy to do) or many apps (youtube, play store etc) won't connect and you'll get annoying messages about security certificates when browsing the web (my tablet was thinking it was 2012).

Hi really sorry to say this did not work. Put in the battery as per video guidanceAfter installing tablet turn on but only could see streaks across the screen. So now I am left with a samsung tablet that does not work. Wanted to send back before 31st May as deadline for return.Unfortunately despite printing the return label twice the hazardous label would not print. So I am now let with the battery which is of no use to me.Thsnks

battery replaced, charges and works perfectly

Having spent £63 on this battery, I expected more from it.The battery has expanded the time we can use the Galaxy Note 10.1 for which it was purchased for, however, it doesn't last that long, we find after approximately 2-3 hrs use, the battery needs to be recharged. We find it being charged almost daily, whereas the original battery, would last around 10 hours use before needing a re-charge.My experience of this product has been really disappointing and not very good value for money
