well I never kept my but I am 5 foot 7 and around 200 lbs a small wetsuit works for me so I would try the small but you can always send it back and exchange it if it does not work

Great wetsuit for tropical waters. Im 6 foot 2 inches 240 pounds not chunky. Suit fits great and is comfortable to dive.
