The outfit was good value for money, but the skirt, was alittle tight, so was the jacket. If getting the size that you want, id get the next size up.

Ideal purchase for a fancy dress. Thin material however for the price that’s fine. I ordered a medium, I am a real in between 12 14 in clothes and if I order a 14 I have room however I would advise anyone my size to order a large as you can alway take it in.With a underskirt under the skirt it works much better and the jacket after a little alteration should work.So my summery great item for a fancy dress, good detail. But don’t expect a replica of a real uniform.Worth the money spent.My overall rating would be 3.5.I hope my honest summery helps anyone looking to order the correct size.

I bought this outfit for a 1940's themed summer party.I ordered a Large to accommodate my large bust, but the skirt was huge and had a zip fastening along with an elasticated waist. It was also longer than pictured, and flared out, clearly it was clipped back for the photos. Fortunately I have a friend with a sewing machine who took in the sides and lopped about 5 inches from the length. I lost the zip totally but because of the elastic aged waist it went on no problems.It is a bit see through with the sun behind it, as it's not lined, but for the money I feel it was pretty good value.If you are altering the skirt I might suggest you take in the sleeves slightly as they too are a bit flared and looked like wizards sleeves :-)That done I was very happy with my purchase, it's bluer that the photo shown also, and I quite liked the little bib type fake blouse which was ideal on a hot day and fortunately I didn't get too hammered forget,and take the jacket off to cool down :)Good value for the money and looked good once tweaked. :-)
