I got a breast reduction and lift, and I could not for the life of me find a surgical bra that supported me and fit correctly after until I found THIS. For reference, after reduction I’m about a 30D. This was the first bra that actually fit snug and made me feel comfortable AND supported.First off, the fact you can adjust the shoulder straps was life saving! The underarm part does go very high into the armpit which was. A tad uncomfortable, but the fact you can adjust the straps made it a lot better. I love the front closure and the inside of the closure has nice light padding there so you never feel pain or pressure from the closures. It also can be as loose or tight as you need!Next I’ll say that the quality if these are WAAAY higher than any of the fruit of the loom type surgical bras. This beats them by far. They’re cotton and breathable but thick enough that you feel held in place. They’ve got just enough stretch. You feel like this is an expensive luxury post surgical bra but it’s not expensive. I ended up needing to shrink the bra slightly as my breast swelling went down. All it took was 20 minutes in the dryer on hot and again, it fit perfect. Make note that if you need it smaller, it’s shrinkable! And if you don’t want it smaller, stay away from heat!Absolutely worth the buy. I was not disappointed and ended up ordering this is multiple colors!

I purchased this after a breast reduction surgery as something else to wear as the bra I was given in the hospital was in the wash. The bra I was given in the hospital was a size L/XL, is sold on Amazon as well (brand name starts with an A & ends with an E) & sells for approx $52, and I wanted something with a little more compression and support than that bra. I chose the size L based upon the size chart in the photos. Post op, my band measurement is 33" and my bust is 40" (34DDD). Pre-op my bust was 43" (34J) and my doctor took me down approx 3 cup sizes. The size L is perfect. It's stretchy enough in the breast that I'm not squished, but gives a little bit more compression than the other bra. It was easy to put on (I'm on the loosest fitting), and it is not noticable under even thin/fitted fabrics (see pic attached). The added compression this one gives me vs the other one, provides a reduction in discomfort/pain. Hope this helps.

Really comfortable product! Great quality: very soft fabric and yet thick enough for support. Fit a bit small so I had to reorder larger size. Consider one size up if in doubt or if this is for post-surgery to accommodate swelling and sensitivity.

Great for post op breast lift/aug has good compression and bottom binding for support I did size down to make sure I had compression and it was great not uncomfortable. Only thing is that the stitching did come undone within a week but they sent me another one for replacement

I tried over 20 different bras and brands before finding this one.For a post surgical bra, it is comfortable, very adjustable, and does not irritate incisions.I had one bra my surgeon gave me, but you need two since you generally have to wear them for 4-6 weeks, especially for lumpectomies. I don’t have an “anchor” scar, but if I did, all the other bras would be torture.I may buy one more of these and ditch the one my surgeon gave me.It is very easy to adjust with hook & eyes on each shoulder and center front.For reference, I would wear 34-36 C-D and a Medium fits well.

Writing the review I wish I would’ve read. I got this for my BA recovery. I started out as a 34A, and had 300cc implants put in. Reading thru the sizing, I was in between the S & M, and I wish I would’ve sized down to the small. It doesn’t have as much compression & support as the one that they sent me home in. It does fit nice & is comfortable, and has several hooks for adjusting!

This was a great compression bra for after my double mastectomy. The compression band I got right after surgery was too small and uncomfortable, but this was very comfortable to wear and was great while I still had my drains in.

I bought it after my surgery not too sure it was going to hold my breast after wearing for hour but IT DID! The fabric is very soft and doesn't wears out after several washes. It has hooks to hold higher or lower, and also has the holders if you want to make it tighter. I am impress on the quality for the price. I will order it again
