Great trampoline! Strong bounce and holds me (185 lb) and 5 kids (12yrs and under) without issue.It's awesome "controlled chaos" on this!Also, the customer support is phenomenal! I had a need for some help, and they were ON IT! I highly recommend this company and this trampoline... excellent value, sturdy, and FUN!!!!(FYI, I got the 16ft)

The trampoline arrived faster than expected but was missing a few key parts. We emailed the company and they responded promptly and were very quick to get the missing parts in the mail the next day! The trampoline massive and the extra accessories like the LED lights and sprinklers has made an exciting addition to our summer fun! I also love the fact this trampoline can hold much more weight than most others!

The product arrived in 40 from boxes on numerous days. No problem. When I went to put it together, I opened all the boxes, separated everything out like a big puzzle. Start putting everything together as instructed. However, the tea connectors, connecting the bottom trampoline to the safety netting is incorrect. The illustration and the instructions show it pointing inward. this is incorrect it points outward otherwise the safety netting is 3 feet above the trampoline surface. The illustration in The illustration clearly shows inward. There is no description or directions other than put it together and of course the incorrect picture. So after I put everything together and went to put the final touches on the safety netting realize that the connectors are reversed. The trampoline is 90% complete at this Point in time. Now to fix the issue you have to completely disassemble the trampoline and start over. I can just imagine someone in China laughing their ass off at the Joke they played on Joe.

The basketball hoop and sprinkler are nice.However, I got this trampoline in February 2024 and 3 boys all around 100 lbs each were jumping on it 2 days ago and it bent. The trampoline cost almost 500 dollars and didn't last very long. I'm trying to find a replacement bar but I'm having trouble with that too. I cant upload the pictures but its bent pretty bad i cant even try to straighten it out to put it back together. if it wouldn't have broke I would have given it 5 stars its a nice trampoline.

A couple of parts were missing buy the customer service was of great help and immediately shipped missing parts.

We absolutely love this trampoline, I have 4 children ages 14 to 3, and every single of my children and my neighbors children love this trampoline. The LED lights died after a solid year outside, but super easy to replace. The sprinkler and lights did arrive a couple days after the trampoline, but that was fine, we've had it for a little over a year now and it's still going strong, we do need to replace foam padding from wear and tear, but everything else is holding strong.

After 2.5 months of setup and use, degradation is showing. Stitching is breaking all around the spring cover. This area doesn’t even get “wear” from use. One spring attachment point completely tore off. Threads are torn at other points. I had these spots sewn to be reinforced.A trampoline is great. My teenage sons set it up easily. My 7-13 yo kids love jumping on it and if you have space the extra foot or two of diameter is worth the cost. Also worth the extra cost is not worrying about springs ripping off with a better quality brand. Though how do you know until after a couple months use.

We have strong winds that took this trampoline over the fence and upside down. A few of the bars were broken. Customer service was very responsive and got the parts to fix it to me right away. I would recommend! Thank you.
