Maybe it's just me who got soo unlucky with this product. It was a Christmas gift for my son. All packaging was already ripped and in the bin when he went and plugged in to see how it works. Unfortunately, there were no lights at all, nor with the cable pluged in, or either with the batteries

Disappointed with this as the flow of the sand was really fast and therefore you just got a straight line. Complained to the seller and was told to shake it and the bubbles would break into little bubbles. The problem was the lack of bubbles not their size. I did as the seller advised but it had no affect.

Cable far too short. Not sure whether it needs more air or water. No syringe provided and wouldnt know where to apply air or water anyway

Was excited to get this, I don't often buy things for myself so I had a gift card given to me for my birthday and bought this with it, it doesn't work as it should the sand does not fall, very disappointed with it. I should have gone for a more expensive one. Live and learn.

Sand doesn’t move. Too much air but no adapter inlet to remove or add air

The media could not be loaded. Really nice little lamp :)
