Does this allow face recognition?

YES! I have an XR, and have used these screen protectors since day 1. I’ve never had an issue with face recognition not working. On another note, I dropped my phone (EEEEEKKK) but these protectors worked perfectly! Ended up with a small crack in the protector, but my phone’s screen was unscathed. These have been a great purchase for me.
