3 1/2 week of great data and phone use
The key is to order early and install a couple of days before heading to the UK. I received two SIM cards on Monday before heading to London on Wednesday. We have eSIMs for our regular service so I was able to just insert these SIM cards into our iPhones and add them as a second line. By following the instructions given, set up was easy. The day after starting the process, I got a series of texts from 3 that my service was up and running, but my wife only got part of a messages, so I was a bit nervous. When we landed in Heathrow, my wife's data didn't immediately work so I contacted the vendor. They responded within an hour, but by then her data was working fine. So, by the time we left Heathrow until today three and a half weeks later, we have had no problems at all. And the 30 GB that we got was far more than needed. I only used about 10 GB on mine and my wife's a bit less. Highly recommend the service.

Avoid at all costs.
Disappointing Experience with an International Prepaid SIM CardI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with an international prepaid SIM card that I purchased for my trip to Europe and London. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the service was overwhelmingly negative, and I regretted my decision to rely on this particular SIM card provider. To begin with, the setup process seemed promising. The SIM card claimed to be easy to install, and it did live up to that expectation. However, my initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I realized the abysmal data speeds I was experiencing. It was nothing short of horrific, rendering the SIM card practically useless.Having bought the SIM card to stay connected during my travels, I found myself constantly struggling with slow or non-existent internet access. Basic tasks such as browsing the web, checking emails, or using messaging apps became a painstaking ordeal. It was incredibly frustrating to witness such subpar performance, especially considering the reliance we have on digital connectivity in this day and age.Ultimately, the poor speeds of the prepaid SIM card forced me to abandon it altogether and purchase a different one as soon as I arrived in Europe/London. Not only did this inconvenience waste my time and money, but it also left me feeling let down by the product's false promises. While I understand that network performance can vary depending on location and other factors, I expected a reliable and efficient service given the international nature of the SIM card. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver even the most basic level of connectivity, leaving me questioning the provider's claims of global coverage and high-speed data.In conclusion, my experience with this international prepaid SIM card was highly disappointing. Its initial ease of setup was overshadowed by the horrendously slow speeds, making it practically unusable. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options when it comes to purchasing a prepaid SIM card for their international travels, as this particular provider failed to meet even the most basic expectations of reliable and efficient data connectivity.

Worked Great. Great Online Support!
I followed the instructions and had no problem using this SIM for 3 weeks in Scotland. The data worked with no interruptions or issues, except for a couple of times when I was in very crowded places (it was during the summer festival season). My friends with pre-paid SIMs by other providers actually had a much worse service than me in the same locations.I was unable to use the card in Turkey while the coverage was still on but it's my bad for not reading the list of covered countries carefully. The customer service answered my concern quickly and took the time to look into the issue and explain the reason to me via WhatsApp.I had a transfer in Italy afterwards and the data worked fine there.I did not use this card for calls, but texts seemed working fine, I just mostly use messengers when I travel.I will definitely buy it again if I go to Europe!

It worked flawlessly
So I was very skeptical of whether this would work or not. I was going to be in Europe for 34 days, split between Italy, France, Scotland and Ireland. I followed the instructions and registered it 2 days before I left. I installed the sim card just before landing in London on my layover to Italy and it worked great. The only issue I had was when I needed to add time (I was gone 34 days and it's only good for 30) it requires a European zip code (I live in the USA) I got online and did a chat with their (the company "three" not the seller) customer service. They gave me the name of a third party website I could go to that would send minutes to any phone number but it would accept my zip code. Once I added the time through that site I immediately got a text that it was available at which time I logged back into "three" and added the time there. It was quite easy to do once I was given that 3rd party website. When I traveled back home I simply reinstalled my original sim card. I will absolutely purchase this again when traveling to Europe!

Did Not Work in Europe as Advertised
I bought two of these for a trip to the UK and Europe. Followed the instructions provided and registered the cards for activation on the date we landed. Within 24 hours of arriving in Europe we got messages from Three on both phones saying we were already out of roaming data and no longer had access. We were about to travel to the UK and really needed data for Google Maps to help us navigate and were left totally high and dry. Tried reaching out to customer support and they weren’t helpful at all and a bit rude. Just kept asking for the same screenshots over and over and giving the same advice even though I told them several times I’d tried what they suggested and it didn’t work. Then they insisted we’d already used the 6gb of European data even though I showed proof we hadn’t. Thankfully it did start working again once we were in the UK which is the only reason I’m giving three stars. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. Next time I’ll just get a SIM card at the airport since this was too much hassle.
