This is a very informative book

My delivery was very quick to be delivered and it was delivered on the date that I was told and the book is of very good quality with no bends in the book or anything. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent read and a must for all therapists. I have even put it on our essential reading list for our Diploma students. It's all about the relationship and skills, skills, skills. This is readable, clear and engaging.

Good book for learning counselling skills with plenty of examples of dialouge between client and counsellor. The kindle edition however could do with a better layout and more spacing in between texts, so it is easier to read. The price also for the kindle edition is the same as an actual paper copy and should be more cheaper.Overall I would reommend this book highly.
