Black 15" Straight Gas Lift for an Office Chair

purchased this as my new chair had a faulty lift causing it to slowly lower when being sat on - a very strange feeling. Never having tried to fit one before I was expecting it to prove awkward but no - it is actually a very simple procedure. My fault that I didn't measure the height properly and this was too big to fit under my desk. Had no worries about purchasing a smaller one of the same kind from the same seller.

Good value and delivery time but poor packaging as the strut had opened and burst out of the cardboard tube.

The item was of very good quality and arrived quickly. Only thing wrong is that I underestimated how tall this would make my chair and it can only be used at its lowest setting.

no instructions, can't get the thing to go down now it has been fitted. Total waste of money and cant send it back because its stuck in chair!!!

Used this and a  Chair Replacement Metal Base Plate  to fix my  Trexus Intro Managers Armchair . Much cheaper than buying a new chair.Arrived in a box much longer than was necessary, which panicked me into thinking I'd be sitting on the end of a broomstick.The gas lift is much larger than most people would need, or perhaps even want. I'm over 6' so it's comfortable for me when fully lowered, and I wont need to worry about replacing it when it no longer holds its extension -- I suppose using it as a fixed-height chair. I heard from a friend of a friend that some people may use the gas lift fully extended, with feet dangling in the air, and pretend to captain a spaceship. Not for me of course, I'm much too old to play such silly games.Check YouTube for easy instructions on how to take your chair apart to fix it.

ive never written a review on amazon before but i thought this deserved one, the item arrived promptly and was really easy to install but best of all saved my aching arms because im no longer sitting so low down

Came fast and well packaged, installation was simple and I know have a functioning office chair.just dont do what I did though, properly measure your gas cylinder, i should probably return this for an 11"

Demasiado grande. No se adecua a mi altura (185cm) y ni al de la mesa (75cm)

Ne sachant pas ce que j'achetais, j'ai pris ce modèle en 15" et il s’avère trop grand (hauteur) pour un fauteuil. Il est installé et remplit sa première fonction, celle de pouvoir s'asseoir sans se retrouver à 15cm du sol.

Ottimo. stavo per gettare la sedia d'ufficio se non fosse per questo ricambio. piu robusto rispetto all'originale ed arrivato in soli tre gg. Grazie

prodotto eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista e venditore eccellente sia come venditore e per cortesia e spiegazioni tecniche, difficile trovare di meglio, uguale si ma meglio non credo!
