This was purchased for my sons bedroom (to attach to his headboard as a reading light). The clip extends to be able to grip anything up to ¾ inch width and I particularly like the soft pads on he grip that prevent damage anything that it is attached to. The light is very bright and the neck is very flexible - meaning it could be used almost anywhere required

This is a very well directed spot light so that I can read at night without waking my husband!

Awesome! Love this lamp, you can clip it anywhere, and move the neck around to position the light.Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the movement of the neck is somewhat restricted, you'll move it into an extreme angle, and it moves back to a somewhat less extreme angle.

Exceptional quality. Very steady and bright light. The only small con: too short cord, but for that price you can get extension. Very pleased with the purchase.

Aldi branded product, switch broke on first use, lasted less than an hour, very disappointed.The inline switch is extremely poor quality :( the light to be fair and clip are both reasonable but the product is only as good as the weakest link.
