Spears 1436 Series PVC Tube Fitting, Adapter, Schedule 40, Gray, 1" Barbed x NPT Male

I am building a Koi pond and I had a hard time finding these locally. I bought 4 and all of them are in use as I test my equipment.

Never needed this, due to our pump came with one, however, I examined it and it seems to by a good solid product.

This looks like a good quality fitting. I haven’t installed them yet, but appear durable. I ordered a quantity of three on the same order - each one shipped in its own separate package. What sense does that make?

It’s serving its purpose as a bulkhead for a DIY fish filter

Good item- it just needs an instruction and safety video. I mean what if somebody were to pinch their finger when tightening this thing? Yeah, I know, brains are out of style anymore.

Perfect for my project, The local big hardware chains in my area stopped carrying products like this and I am glad it was available online here. Good product for its intended purpose.

Using with a hose to a macerator. Excellent fit. Tight. No leakage

It’s hard to mount a 1” hose on this fitting.
