I've Never Used Them On Anything Like A Helium Ballon But I've Used Posca Exclusively Over The Past 4 Years. They Should Work A Treat Is My Intuitive Answer But If You've Never Used Posca Before You Need To Know That You Need To Shake The Pen And Or Hold It Firm Against A Surface Every So Often When It Seems Like The Pen Has Run Dry....... The Pen Will Start Flowing Again But You Just Need To Be Aware That The Pen Might Gush A Little After You;ve Done This......... These Pens Produce Magnificent Resilient Colours ...... I Hope That Wasn't Too Much Of A Mouthful And You Found It Helpful
