Great product if you are looking to naturally increase the blood flow in your body, boost energy levels, and improve overall health. Took about a week to notice the changes in my energy levels and overall feeling. My BP numbers have lowered. I thought it would taste bad, but it doesn’t have too much of a taste and when I blend it in a smoothie, I can’t even tell. I would recommend this to anyone.

It's always hard to rate supplements and their efficacy without extended use to test the benefits, but given that problem, I'm glad to have this product.
