looks neater than most!
Yes they are just rubber grommets, but I have had some bad ones before. The outer edge is flared downwards, so they actually finish off nice and flush to the unit, as opposed to some others which don't - they just sit raised. These look very nice on the eye afterwards (so it's not too bad if you are covering up a hole you made by accident....). Also handy to have a small pack as from many places they come in packs of 200, and personally I doubt I would ever need that many
