I use this headset in the office for all telephone calls and also for videoconference on the computer using services like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It works well doing all of those things and is very easy to switch between telephone and computer. It can also be paired with a cell phone. I found it easy to set up with all my devices. Nowadays, it's not unusual to get calls to your office phone, over your computer and on your cell - and I think it's great that one headset can be used across all three. The sound quality is very good (both incoming and outgoing) and the battery life is amazing. It seems like a sturdy device that will stand up to many years of regular use.I've used a wireless headset for a long time. I think it's better than using a speaker phone because you still have your hands free to take notes while talking, but you don't have to worry about privacy issues or background noise. I also like to be able to stand up and move around while talking on the phone, which is something a wireless headset is made for.The only drawback is that people coming into your office don't always realize you're "on the air" when using the headset, which can lead to some awkward, one-sided conversations until they figure out what's going on. You'll get good at pointing to your headset and silently mouthing the words "I'm on the phone." But trust me, they'll get used to it.I prefer the one ear over-the-head model headsets to the over-the-ear models. The over-the-ear models are not as stable and tend to flop around more as you move. The over-the-head just stays put better, but is still comfortable. This model also works fine on either ear.

Love the headset! I primarily use it on my landline office phone, and sometimes use the bluetooth feature on my laptop. I haven't tried the computer connection option yet so I can't speak to that. The headset holds a charge for a LONG time and the call quality is great. It not only has a volume control on it, but also has a mute button. Great price for all the features. I'm super happy with this purchase.Customer Service Note- I purchased the first of this headset in early 2023 for work and it arrived promptly with everything I needed to install. I had some challenges connecting it to my office phone model so I located the card the seller sent with the headset and gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get my headset set up quickly. I was originally missing a special cord our work phones required. I never had figured it out without him and was impressed with the level of attention and care he provided.The customer service with this group is above and beyond. It's the reason I repurchased a second headset for the office when my colleague's old headset broke. I was met again with a friendly and responsive Ricky who assisted me getting the second one set up. He even took the time make a follow up call to see if everything was working properly! I can't recall ever having an Amazon dealer who showed that level of service. Super impressed!

The BEST headsets we ever head. We went through various professional office phone headsets through the years. We have the Leitner headsets for over 2 and 3 years (we have several). They work perfectly on land lines, off our PCs and as a Bluetooth headset for our individual cell phones. Simply perfect !!!!! Moreover, after years of constant use the ear cushion wore off (they lasted much longer than expected considering that they are in contact with human flesh). One call to Leitner took care of immediate replacements - despite the fact that we bought the units more than 2 years ago. PERFECT SERVICE ! Last but not least, setup is super easy and quick. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED !!

Great Headset, my boss has a Sennheiser head set. We can walk a 100 ft. away indoor our outdoor and carry on clear conversations. Where the Leitner is better than the Sennheiser unit is when we walk into one of our shipping containers. The Sennheiser will loose the signal inside the shipping container; where the Leitner 370 had no problem inside the shipping container. The 370 picked up wind noise when outside; however it comes with a windsock to go over the mike to solve that problem. Both wireless headsets are of great quality. My Bosses Sennheiser has been in use for at least the last 5 years. The Leitnerhas yet to be proven on longevity. Comfort wise the headsets are pretty comfortable, Ihave found that after a few hours my ear starts hurting a little from being squished by the headset. I think this is normal for any headset user.

If you are coming from a Plantronics or Poly device, this headset is not for you.Pros:The ambient light is neatCons:*Way overpriced for what you are getting*Sound quality is absolutely terrible*Does not auto-anything.. when you pick up the headset off the cradle and you are in a meeting, it doesn't connect immediately. You have to enable the headset with a button.*Buttons on the headset are tiny. To mute, you have to press a tiny button 2x and wait which is ridiculous.*The cradle is awkward to reset the headset in. I used it for a day and felt like I was going to break it just putting it on the charger.*The ear cushions are not comfortable and are hard.*There is literally no software or settings to adjust anything.*It's a binaural headset, you mixes everything in MONO. Makes no sense to have a stereo headset setup that pushes everything in MONO. This makes the headset unusable in any call center world because parties are recorded in separate channels.

j'avais avant Jabra 9450 qui était tres bien pendant des années le Leitner a moins de gadget mais il et parfait et la qualité me semble meilleur dans tout les cas sur le marche c'est le seul avec Jabra qui ont la connexion Ordi tel et cel avec suppression des bruit et de bonne qualité j'espere qu'il va dure longtemps

Although the AC/DC adaptor quit after just 3 weeks of use, the excellent customer support more than made up for it.
