Does not charge
I can't contact customer support, they don't have any. And I try to charge it with the included cable and other cables, and it does not charge

Good but not an air conditioner
So this makes an excellent desk fan and should be advertised as such. It's ability to spit out cold air however is laughable at best. I put flat ice cubs in the tray and that gave the best results but you still needed to be close or hold it to your face to feel anything.

Is It Worth It
Answer is No, Great idea of a mini AC but it just lacks in efficiency and technology. Buttons on machine are hard so you really have to push down for a response. It's better suited to be a Fan than an AC.. Water doesn't last long & you have to have it on the highest settings just to feel a slight cool breeze which eventually isn't enough.

Not easy to use
It works well but is hard to see when water is full and I never know when the humidifier is working
