My protein drinks at home have my collagen et al, but some days I don't have room in my tummy, so it's nice to have they gummies. They are very pleasant, not too sweet. I am elderly, and I need to nourish my cells as much as possible. These are like a little treat in during the day.

The look and taste of my second order was different. I'm not saying it was better or worse, they were both good, however, it seems strange that they were different. Not sure what this says about quality control. I was taking the vitamin primarily for brittle nails for two months. I'm going to try 2 more months to see if there are any significant benefits.
