Delivery OK but when it arrived the strap was broken and it looked as if it was second hand. A new watch was delivered the day after I complained. This watch is now running fast. There may be a way to adjust this inside the watch. Apart from this its a useful item.

As always I find with Amazon I found the watch was delivered well on time and was well packed. With such completion with fashion watches these days it is a delight to be able to obtain such a "street cred" style at such a good price. So often disabled people have rather old fashion styles to help with their disability. This is a joy, beautiful strong colour and very clear,voice announcing the time, I am so pleased to have one.

Its a cheap watch but it does what it says and it for my daughter who is blind and as she just wants it for the time only she's happy with it

Product as described, unfortunately battery lasted just three hours. Hopefully the replacement will last longer!

great as my eyesight is poor but why does it have to be an American voice telling me the time?

The sound quality is very poor with the recorded playback option and the time talk out is very quiet.

Great watch! Wouldn't buy any other!
