Broken zig zag joint
It’s a lovely bed except one side of the double bed has a key piece of supporting wood which has split. It is a zig zag join and the bed is now unsafe. The bed is used by our children and we sit on the side when talking to them at night and we’re normal weight so it has not been used incorrectly.

Nice bed - sturdy
Nice bed - sturdy! Had quite a few scratches on it though. Customer services were very helpful with regards to this. Had the bed for a few months now - still happy with it. Only downside is that there isn't enough space to sit on the bottom bunk!!

BUMPS galore
Upon opening the bed I was surprised to discover at least 6 or so of these bumps and nicks. Covered in stickers and every time you remove a sticker it removes the paint also. Not good for a £300 bed. Looks like it’s 2nd/3rd hand

Sturdy, well presented bunk beds
Took a gamble on this bed as some of the reviews complained about the quality of the paint. No such problem here, paint quality was excellent and the bed itself it very sturdy. Delivery was very fast. Overall extremely satisfied customer.

Nice multi-function bed
Being detachable bed is an advantage but watch out on the height from the lower bed to the upper bed. Overall its a very good product and would recommend for others

Good solid beds but only thing a good bit of damage to paint work but too late to do anything about it once beds are up
