bareMinerals Well Rested CC Eye Primer, 0.05 Ounce

This is a miracle product for fair skinned peeps with seriously blue-bruised under eyes! I say "fair" but as a half-ginger, it's more like see-through. As in you can see the veins under most of my skin, especially my eyelids: the complete super pale package. After a lifetime of trials and errors, I finally found an all-star concealer ( YSL Touche Eclat ConcealerRadiant Touch, No.1, 0.1 Fluid Ounce ). However, it would fade half-way through the day, and honestly on the worst sleepless and/or hard partying nights, it wouldn't be enough. After some research I learned I needed to find me a good primer to keep said fab concealer in place/help with coverage on said worst days. I come across this and BOOM! everything I needed. Provides extra coverage and keeps concealer (not to mention eyeshadow and liner) in place all day.The ONLY caveat is that for whatever reason, the stick likes to break off. Like, very easily and early in use. It happened with my first tube, so I vowed with my next to be more gentle/not turn it up as high when using. Alas, still broke. Not sure if it has something to due with product from this seller or if they all do this as a fault, but even so I will continue to put the stick back in the tube and use gently, because this stuff rules too much to let the applicator design flaw keep me from fabulous eyes!

The color is nice and the coverage starts great, but really, I should be applying multiple times throughout the day, but I don't. By the end of the day, it doesn't look like I've even tried to apply concealer. I just never take makeup to work and touch up, so I rely on long-lasting or long-wearing make up. This just doesn't fit the bill in that regard. But the color is really nice, and it does go on smooth and cleanly (no lumps). If you're the type of person who intends to reapply throughout the day, go for it.

Based on all the positive reviews and after watching a video on the founder of this company I felt compelled to explore more make up products then the face power Ive been loyal to over the past decade. I had high hopes that this would hide the fact that I haven't seen the back of my eyelids in five years but this product was just ok. It covered the dark circles under my eyes minimally but also filled in my crows feet and my under eye creases. And I feel it made them look more pronounced and not in a good way. I feel made me look aged instead of bright eyed and bushy tailed. Still on a mission for such a product that covers but without caking. It does help to ensure this is applied after moisturizer but it's still "not the one" Sorry ladies!

Bare Minerals is hands down, the Very Best Makeup I have ever bought. Fell in love with the mineral base, the first product. I Started wearing this when QVC first aired it waaay back when. Through years, and years of winters, summers, hormonal changes, it still looks better on my skin than anything else on the market. Never had a breakout, that I had to stop wearing, clear up, and start over. With wearingBare Minerals, my skin, no matter the season, always looks fresh, never dry, or caked on. At 55 years old, with sun damaged skin, which it does cover, I still get compliments on my makeup. I hate the feel of any other foundation now days. Gooey, smears off on my clothes, yuk!Bare Minerals will be with me til I go to my grave. I Love It!

This is a great eye primer as well as a "cover" for those unnecessary spots on your face you're looking to coverup. Unfortunately, after one use, I opened the lid back up, and the stick had broken in third. I thought it was fine and used the third that was broken and used my fingers to apply (annoying, really) - when I finally got back to using the main stick, it broke again! That's the main problem I had with this specific eye primer

Love it! I use this on a daily basis to prime my eyelids as well as brighten up my under eyes. First I apply my foundation, then I apply the Bare minerals CC eye primer in a triangular shape under my eyes as well as on my eyelid, next I blend this in with a beauty blender, lastly I apply a concealer over this product. My dark circles are gone, my under eyes look brightened, and it serves as a wonderful primer for my eyeshadows. The cooling effect is nice, but it doesn't last very long. It only comes in one shade, which is a very light shade. However, this product is not meant to be used alone, it is meant to be paired with a concealer.

I overall like this product and use it daily. I have super dark rings under my eyes so it doesn't cover as much as I would like, but I think for anyone with slight dark circles, it will work great. It covers well under my other make up as well. I also have really dry skin and it doesn't look cracked or anything like that by the end of the day. I will buy again!

The eye primer goes on easy and smooth. It doesn't get lines in it like my last one did. Also, my mascara does not wipe off on it like my last one did! I will be buying this again. We'll see how long it lasts. :)**This is so sad, but 2 weeks after LOVING this product, the super duper suction of the lid, popped the primer stick right out! I tried to just shove it back into the black tubing, but it ended up being a mess. I still love the actual make-up, but the application lid has way too much suction power! Sad.

Very good quality - light/medium coverage, creamy consistency. Perfect shade for me! :)
