Love this easy to use little roller for my tired achey feetHas held up well over 2-yrs old now

I have Plantar Fascitis, so a roller bar is recommended to loosen the tight tendons, etc. This item is much easier to use and roll your foot on due to the stand. Without the stand, it's harder to roll the nobby bar. The stand keeps the bar in place but allows the foot to move back and forth more freely. However, you cannot freeze or heat it. I'll use this one under my desk at work and a different one at home that I can freeze. NOTE that this item is smaller than it looks, but fit my foot fine. I wear women's 9-10 shoes. Large feet of men may be ok, but not sure. The color is nowhere near as bright as pictured! It does come in a nice storage bag. Good to keep items in luggage clean after use or to keep the bar cleaner in transport or storage.

Seems to work quite well… relieves numbness in soles of fever and discomfort in lower legs.

Not for wide feet

This is so good to use on the bottom of your feet, and the bonus is you can use it on your hands and fingers as well. Also up and down your arm, and with the help of someone, on your back. Since it is on a stand, it does not roll away and it is so much easier too use because of the stand. You don't have to keep repositioning this roller like you do with one that has no stand. The price is also pretty good.

The stand is kind of flimsy but otherwise good enough.

I ordered the roller on the stand for more stability. I’m able to place enough pressure on the roller to work the pain without concern about breaking it. It stays still as I work the pain on my arch. It can’t roll away from me when I’m sitting down using the roller. It gives me the ability to control the roller for the area I’m working.
