I had high hopes for these, as I've heard people with deviated septum and turbinate issues have had success with them. The dilators themselves are good quality, no complaints there. However, for me, they provided zero breathing relief.All I felt was a constant tickling sensation in my nose. Instead of helping me sleep better, the feeling kept me awake. If you have similar issues, just know that this isn't a guaranteed fix. It's a well-made product, but it made no difference for my breathing.

I have been using nose dilation strips for a long time to help combat congestion and snoring. In generally, they help a bit, but certainly don't solve my issues. Sticky dilators also have the unfortunate side effect of leaving adhesive residue on your nose and can be tricky to align correctly. I have seen many intra-nostril products in shopping, but they are generally always overly large apparatuses that stick out your nose and look impossible to sleep with. When I stumbled across the Ebreathing Nasal Dilators, they looked small and comfortable and I knew I had to give them a try.I ordered the large size and actually found them to be just a bit on the small size for my nose. I don't have a huge nose, but I am a larger man at 6'5". The dilator inserts easy and holds in place throughout the night. I do need to press a side back in slightly a few times throughout the night, but I never had the dilator fall out of my nose, even with the size being slightly smaller than I would likely require. The inclusion of some manner of sizing information on the listing would have been useful as other customers also complained of mis-matched sizes.The silicone material is firm but soft. I did not experience any discomfort in leaving them in my nose all night and got used to the sensation quickly. They are elastic enough to maintain their shape and to dilate the nostril. Overall though, I found that they dilate the front of the nose, but don't quite reach far enough back to dilate the mid-to-back sections of the nose. I don't typically get congestion right at the front of my nose, but towards the back near the nasal bone where these don't quite reach. That said, I did feel as if they were helpful, though FAR from solving any snoring issues I might have. Ultimately I can't agree with the product's claims to relieve congestion when the product barely reaches the sections of the nose where congestion occurs.

I bought it because of the groom who snores badly. It's soft, so there's no burden to sleep with it in your nose, and you sleep well because you can breathe smoothly. It's a must-have when traveling.

What an absolute sham and waste of money. No rigidity and dilated nothing but my wallet.

An excellent product. I just wish I had discovered these sooner..
