This mirror WAS fantastic. It shipped, charged up and ready to use. After about 3 weeks the battery started getting low. I would charge it and receive no difference. It was becoming very dim until it died. Now it no longer turns on or charges.It really was beautiful and I wish it had worked out for me! I'm still eligible for my refund but now I'm weary on purchasing a new one.And please keep in mind that this just could have been a defective product as others seem to be having a good experience. Definitely don't want to bash on there product because it was working great, just wanted to share my experience!--------------UPDATE!!!!They immediately offered to send me a new one at no charge. The new mirror that I received was perfect I did wait a couple months to make this review just to ensure that it did recharge. I appreciate it the customer service and I really enjoy the product!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 10 of these mirrors to use in my custom bridal rooms. I love how well that the mirrors light up, as well as the three different light color options. I also like that these mirrors can be plugged in, eliminating the cost of batteries. The size is also a nice feature.

This mirror is amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about it. Its a great mirror to travel with as well. 3 different light settings. Timer, rechargeable. Magnifying mirror as well.

Bought this for my daughters make up vanity. She loves it and the batteries seemed to last a good while.

I don’t think I’ve ever done a review nor am I sure how to contact the seller but I got this mirror yesterday because I needed a mirror with lights that I don’t need to be by an outlet for. But today it died so I plugged it in, and it isn’t charging? I tried using not only the charger it came with but also my regular C-port charger for a couple hours. It’s bright considering the fact that it is a battery operated vanity mirror and looks very clean, slim, and decent size for the price. I love this mirror and hope that something can be done about this issue because, again, this has so much potential to be some of the best, user friendly, battery operated vanity mirror for the price and when that gets resolved, 5 Stars EASILY.

I needed a mirror big enough for my vanity and this is perfect! It's not very bright but I have a window right behind it that gives me plenty of light so I don't use the lights that much. It works well for me and looks good too!

I originally left a bad review that the light was dim but I misplaced the right cord. Light is great! I bought this for my college desk dorm mirror. I love it.
