These lights are perfect for camping or just spending the evening outside while at home. The multi-color option is a nice touch. I really like how compact it is when not in use. Charges quickly when using the USB-C and the built-in solar option is great for when you are "off the grid". The ability to charge a device such as a cell phone from the unit's internal battery is a bonus.

Battery is terrible. Lasts less than 1 hour and takes more than 8 hours in the sun to fully charge from the solar panel.

These were great to light up my wagon on Halloween and to bring ambiance to my nights on the bocce court. They're a lot bulkier than fairy lights, but don't tangle up which is great. I wish they made these without the solar charger to save space.I love all the colors and how easy these are to use, though the light itself makes me a bit dizzy if I end up looking at it. Also can't figure out how the dimmer works.

Huge fan; own several MPOWERD Luci products. Use them almost exclusively when RVing. We have four of the standard white line sting models but to change things up, we ordered two of the Multi-color models. No instructions but seriously, how hard could it be???? Well, first night turned them on, when through the selection to PINK sat back and watched in amazement as they cycled through all the colors. Manually cycled again to PINK, sat back and again after a few minutes it began the random light color cycle. So, back to the device, selected a "second" button, selected PINK, sat back and this time the lights didn't cycle. We figured it out and I double checked for instructions but NADA. Still like the lights.

I love these lights so much! They’ve been an excellent addition to my camping gear. They really add a cool vibe to the campsite and I love the color changing mode. I’ve also got a set that I have wrapped around the railing of my deck and a set that I used to decorate the trees in my yard during the holidays. Lots of cute color options, long lasting, quick charging, and I have put them through the wringer with weather so I know they’re durable too! Highly recommend!

picked this up on sale for camping. very simliar to one of the other lights i have, the black one with soft white light pods.the unit is fairly large, but it houses the light string when not in use. you won't throw it into a small bag. 5" circle about 2" high. you probably also want to make sure you don't smash the solar panel into something and ruin it. you can charge it via usb-c or the solar panel, but it will take a few days of good sun to fully charge the 2000mAh battery. the string is attached to the unit, which is disappointing as you may have to take it down or relocate it to recharge it via solar or usb-c. some sort of quick-disconnect would have been a nice feature. it says it's waterproof, but i can't find a rating, the light pods are sealed and the base can be if you close it. it's probably ok to leave out in a light rain but i wouldn't dunk it.the color choices for the lights are interesting. instead of your typical 7 led colors you find on so many devices (bright blue, red, cyan, green, etc.) you get 5 pastel colors plus a bright cold white, the 'flashlight' on the top of the unit for a spot light, and a cycle mode that slowly shifts between the colors. the pastel colors are nice, make good accent lighting, but aren't very bright and you're not going to sit and read all night to them. the bright white is much brighter and can easily light up a small space like a tent.i can recommend these for some 'fun' string lights, for camping, around the house, or anywhere you want to string them up. if you're looking for good lighting to read or work by, check out the warm white light in the black case.
