Just saiyin', these are ridiculously good
TL;DR: if you're reading this review and thus looking for a pair of this type of speaker, these should be at the top of your list. In fact just buy them so you can hear for yourself. These speakers at this price should forever obliterate any excuses for why any room in any house can't enjoy true high fidelity stereo reproduction. Seriously, I never want to see a bluetooth mono speaker ever again in my or any of my friends/family's homes, and will probably be buying more for them as gifts. I'm the audio dude everyone reaches out to for recommendations, and I try to do my best to steer people in good directions, often used via craigslist, and have been apprehensive to go new as far as speakers. Also, I've purchased a few digital bluetooth amps from this brand in the past to power passive speakers, and they've offered noticeably more and better features for not more money, so I was curious enough to give these a shot and see if I can eliminate some of my tedious craigslist trolling. Are they competitive with $500 KEFs or MB Quarts or Cantons or any other lauded brand? Well actually, yeah. They're not competitive with my $30K audiophile rig, unsurprisingly, but they offer so much for so little I kinda love them even more. Speakers are always dependent on setup and room, but even just throwing these on a counter and queuing up some lossless files (jazz, dance, rock) had my eyes nearly pop out once they started playing. The high-excursion woofer paired with a horn-loaded soft dome (silk) tweeter leaves very little if anything to be desired in terms of reasonable frequency response and volume - these are not cheapies as far as components (or maybe it's just that good drivers are really cheap now). Once you max out the volume some audible chuffing, and you can hear the digital amp start to strain a bit (though doesn't ever distort), so these are definitely better suited for casual and, at most, "enthusiastic" listening rather than live sound levels, which is the case of all micro speakers anyway. Despite being just that, they have nothing to apologize for and much to be proud of. They've also got lots of connectivity options as well, and setup couldn't be easier since the passive speaker connects to the active one via a plug rather than threaded cables you have to thread.Oh, also, I had a question on a previous Saiyin amp purchase and they were super responsive and helpful, so I expect support to be solid on these guys as well. Do it!UPDATE: I decided to decorate and decoupage my set. Disassembly and reassembly was straightforward and showed the drivers to be of high-quality too. The fun never ends!

Stylish and Powerful Tabletop Speakers
I absolutely love these tabletop speakers! My son gifted them to me for my desktop computer, and they’ve been fantastic. The Good:- Sleek, low-profile design: They’re compact and blend seamlessly into any decor without being an eyesore. The white ones have a wood grain texture, which looks modern and clean.- Impressive sound quality: For their size, the sound is exceptional—clear and full-bodied.- Easy installation: Setting them up was a breeze, and they worked perfectly right out of the box.- Versatile features: While I haven’t used them this way yet, I believe they can pair with my phone, which adds flexibility if I want to switch things up.- Design options: My son owns the brown wood version with a grey face, and they look equally beautiful.Final Thoughts:If you’re on the fence, just go for it! These speakers are stylish, practical, and deliver excellent sound. A great choice for any space—highly recommend!

Man these are AMAZING speakers... with a catch.
These sound like my JBL 305P MK IIs with slightly less detail and not as much low-end. But man these speakers still extend far into the low ends and have an AMAZING amount of detail. I reckon all the way down to 40-50hz. I ordered these along with the Creative Pebble V3s and the Pebbles were terrible. The Pebbles had no low-end and only sounded slightly better than my laptop speakers. These Saiyin speakers honestly blow a lot of the $100+ speakers out of the water too (Klipsch, Logitech etc). These speakers are amazing for their value. Is what I would've said if it weren't for a MAJOR ISSUE they have. These things have A LOT of hiss. I don't know if it's just my unit, but if these things weren't plagued by hiss, these speakers would be the best $50 speakers in existence. They easily sound like $250 speakers which is insane to me.I'm going to return this unit and order another unit in hopes that it's just a QC issue, but if my 2nd unit has hiss as well, then I'm just going to return and look for another pair of speakers, which is a shame because I REALLY LOVED the way these speakers sound.Update: 2nd speakers also have the same hissing issue, which makes me so sad. I really LOVE the way these speakers sound Saiyin. Please fix the hissing and these will be the BEST $50 speakers in existence.

Decent sound for the price
Bought these for my wife's PC. Sound is quite good for the price. My "customer" is satisfied! I did not note any "hiss". However I did not crank up the volume. My main complaint is the quality of their so-called "manual". Seven pages of small faint print. I bet these guys could use 4 pages to describe going to the bathroom - and you'd still not quite know what to use for what. Not including the Remote Control is kind of cheap-ass. Some speaker functions are not available via the 4 Buttons on top of the right speaker. Paired quickly via Bluetooth to an old Intel NUC6. Overall a decent combination of cost, function, and sound quality - but the Remote Control should have been included.
