Easy on the stomach
I periodically decide vitamins might be a good idea and usually stop taking them because they taste bad, or upset my stomach. These are GREAT. Almost no vitamin taste, no tummy upset at any time of day, with or without food. Great price point.

Great vitamin with no iron. Short on the daily requirements for calcium and magnesium, but that's a easy fix. Otherwise, all other requirements are over the daily requirement, but not ridiculously over 100% like most vitamins and minetals.
