is it normal that when you turn these taps off you still get some water coming out for a couple of seconds before it stops properly

Both bath and sink seem to do this on ours too unfortunately.

Hi i need to replace the washer in mine does the tap head just lift off as i can not see a svrew ? Also do i need a special type of washer? Thanks

Hi, I actually have a Bristan basin mixer. These taps will not have standard "old type" tap washers, I think they will need special specific spares. I would suggest you go on the Bristan website for this information and to see exploded views of the unit. Hope this helps

Does this come with the flexable connecting pipes? If so how long are they?

Hi, the OR 1/2 C basin taps are not supplied with flexible inlet pipes. Our basin taps are manufactured with standard 1/2" threaded inlet tails, which are 50mm long. Hope this helps. Thanks, Bristan.
