Great product
The mouthwash is concentrated so definitely add water. It’s gross without the water unless you like hardcore cinnamon. Toothpaste is not the same taste. Good balance. Plus it made my teeth whiter

The taste was not overpowering. It was perfect.

Soothing/clean/whiter
Genetically I just can't win when it comes to pearly perfect whites....I have several fillings, and have had molars removed. I have very sensitive teeth and many products burn or cause a sharp pain. This set is a life saver. I tried it because I have read about the benefits of many of the ingredients. I can't use traditional whitening products due to sensitivity either. This has lightened my teeth at least a full shade in a little under two months of use. I do not dilute the mouthwash. I brush morning and night and also in between as needed.The toothpaste and rinse are very soothing.
