I just wanted a little bit of weight .. and I mean just a little to add to when I use treadmill.. then I wanted to be able to add a little more as I progressed. These are exactly what I was wanting. You can take weights out and put weights in! Stay snug when you walk. I love em! Good, durable, nicely made, good material. I’m very very happy with these👍👍

I bought these for basic leg exercises to add some resistance for barre and they work great for that. The versions I got were pretty light and really only the option to go lighter by removing some of the bags (I don’t think heavier bags would fit in these). I agree unless you have larger wrists they would be harder to strap on your wrists but I don’t know many people who use them that way. I haven’t tried running in them because that was not why I bought them so I can’t say how they would hold up with that amount of bounce but they stay securely enough for my exercises

The best part about these is that they are adjustable with removable sand packs. They are easy to wear. I like to war them around the house. They are a bit big so they took some getting used to and sometimes just take up a lot of space.

I got these to add some weight while I was walking. I haven't worn them yet but like the idea you can adjust the weight by taking out the weight from one of the pockets. I love the white color.

These ankle weights are very comfortable; I like them. The texture and is soft. I did not find them to be unusually bulky. The Velcro strap on the pair I received is sturdy, holds the band in place well, and can be easily loosened or tightened depending on the situation. I thought they worked well. I have other, long-time, ankle weights with metal rods for weights that are much less comfortableThat they are yellow (mine were; others might be different) may mean they will need to be washed occasionally. It’s nice that the weight bags can be removed, and the empty weight band can be put through the washing machine. I must say, though, it is not easy getting the weight bags back in.The product description is confusing about the actual weight package you are ordering—unless I am misunderstanding something. The package I received had five weight bags in each weight strap. There is no room for additional bags unless someone purchases larger weight bags to replace the ones that came with it to increase their overall weight.So, I weighed them. I didn’t weigh all the weight bags, but one weight bag weighed 6.7 oz. or 0.419 lbs. One weight strap, fully-loaded with the weight bags installed, weighed 2.313 lbs.; the other weighed 2.301 lbs.So, the set I received does not equal 5 lbs. My package also did not include a storage pouch I saw at least one other review refer to and is shown in the product photo on the Web site. For folks interested in swapping out the weight bags, having a storage pouch to keep things together would be handy.
