Will this fit older Aladdin Stanley models?

I would say yes but ultimately it will depend on the tread. Used to be that it was interchangeable, even between different brands. But you will have to try.

Does the lid fit while the pico is on?

No, it doesn't. I use the original pico for travelling, when I need to use the lid, then change it to this one for serving mate (para cebar).
