Product was delivered in good condition and works fine with my dremel tool.

Work just fine.
I've been running these for 2 years. They work fine. They don't store a charge for more than a month, but then again neither did the original Dremel batteries. If you are purchasing these then you have a fairly old Dremel. They work just fine and don't break the bank.

Excellent Customer Service: long lasting battery life
Update: I decided to give the batteries 5 stars instead of 2. The company reached out to me and sent me a new battery pack. I probably initially got a bad batch. The new battery works great and fits perfectly. I used the Dremel for about 2 hours grinding down some plastic off the bottom of Christmas lights. The battery kept its charge and the Dremel still worked after I dropped off the roof a couple of times. I still used it a few times here and there grinding down things I shouldn't just to test out the battery, all on the 1st initial charge.Fits poorly in the charger and in the tool. One battery doesn't make connection at all. It won't charge and didn't power up the tool.

Numbers match but dimensions do not
Not correct compared to original. Correct numbers and details but not correct fit for dremel handheld. Battery does not reach terminals in tool.

Fast shipping and they fit.
Fast shipping, had them in 2 days. Both snaped right onto the tool and the charger. One is being charged now and will use it later today. The other one will be a back as I have an old battery that is about to give up. Will know more after I have used it hard for a while polishing brass.

Didn't hold charge . But superb customer service satisfaction policy and communication!
Terrible. Both lasted for only 4 months ... of little use. Then wouldn't hold charge - for no more that 30 seconds of use. Cheap price because it's a lousy product. UPDATE 5/10: After being frustrated with battery longevity, seller did a fantastic job in communicating with me and resolving the issue wonderfully. Compliments to their entire customer service team, and company satisfaction policy!!!
