I have not camped in this yet. I will be in the next week or two, but i did set it up to be sure there were no missing pieces or tears and to add some water repellent to it just in case of leaks. There were a few reviews that stated leaks so i proactively added another coat just in case. I've never had a tent leak before so i am not concerned. This says for 12 people without mattresses will fit. Um no, Maybe 8 and that would be real tight. I love the 8 little pocket holders for random items. There are 4 pockets on the front and 4 on the back on the center divider between rooms. So lots of storage area and there is a hook for a light. My favorite feature is the full rain fly that allows you to completely seal the tent up except for the back end. I am using this tent for myself and i love space, so this gives me a bedroom and a living sitting area up front and then you have the awning for when you want to sit outdoors. Outdoors is where my kitchen and shower go. Its pretty spacious on the inside, was a little difficult putting up the first time because the instructions are absolutely horrible. But you will remember how to put it up after you see how it goes up the first time going forward. I could probably erect it myself but with difficulty I love the 3 doors which allow for some really nice airflow in the first room. The main door is quite large, and the 2 sides are pretty decent. All three doors have a screen that zips and another to close up and give privacy. Another favorite feature i love about this is the side bedroom windows with that half moon like awning window Not sure what that is called, but that is a really nice feature and makes things a bit more private and then you the large window along the back. Without the rainfly you have a really nice open top with mesh that lets a ton of light and air through. I have had a few tents and this is by far my favorite with the full rainfly. If i have issues once my camping excursions have begun, I will update this. But overall, this was a really good purchase "so far" . Love the tent

This tent was wonderful. Big enough for all 4 of us ladies with a little extra wiggle room. It took 2 of us to set up. Recommend have a friend help set up if your not a consistent camper. Can't wait to use it again on our next camping trip.

So far, looks great. It's huge and decent quality. You could fit at least a queen size mattress in each room and still have plenty of space for belongings and to move around. Husband and 8 year old daughter got it set up in about 20 or less minutes so I'm not sure why everyone seems to complain about setup or instructions. The design is a little silly having all the doors on one half of the tent, would've made more sense to have at least one in each room but oh well, it's big enough it shouldn't matter. Haven't set up the "awning" yet but it looks a little cheap compared to other tents with awnings or canopy rooms around similar price points.Will update my review after our camping trip later this month. Excited to try it out!

Had my doubts because of the reviews but Great tent lots of space inside fit a queen sized airmatress with enough room for my clothing and essentials in the back room. Front large door let in alot of air during the hot days. We had a strong thunderstorm that knocked tent down but inside was relatively dry considering I'd left a window open and the tent wasn't 100% secured down. Would definitely recommend

The taj mahal of tents.I loved that my baby had his own "room" and the airflow was perfect for our summer hot camp trips. The light color of the tent also helped a lot.We had one huge rainstorm and the tent held up awesom. It is heavy, so not a good one for packing over long distance

This tent came with no instructions and any video I could find were not good videos. Tent is not easy to set up. I would NEVER buy this tent had I known. Unfortunately the 30 day window past before I was able to use it or I would have send it back.

Positives: Tent is not too heavy & seems it would be somewhat easy to travel with. It was relatively easy to set up. It's nice and spacious inside with room enough for a king air mattress and to create a "living area" in the entry section where the doors are.Negatives: In hot weather, this tent gets HOT and when it cools off it gets COOL...no insulation either way. The directions were in the front pocket and not with all the pieces and we didn't find them until we'd already googled how to get it put together which was a bit stressful. Zippers stick.At least 2 people are best for setting it up... one person would be very difficult. Not sure about the durability yet...will update with an opinion once we've been in & out of it a bit more and it's rained to be sure it holds up to wet conditions.Initial impression: It is an okay value for the money...not wonderful, but not horrible either. Would be happier if it were a little more weatherproof from heat and cold. Great as a screen room, I think.

This is a great tent. Spent a wonderful 8 days followed by 5 more a week later. Water proof it with silicone spray but after that. This things in business. Love the side vents for head and foot airflow on hot summer days. So happy with it so far.
