I ordered these for my husband as he needed a lightweight short when he works outside. He is very particular about what he wears and how it fits. We looked at many available shorts and finally decided on these. He has shorter legs and wanted the 5-inch length which is available with these shorts in addition to the 7-inch length. He is also particular about the fabric, he doesn't like the silky shorts so many young people wear, the polyester gives a soft feeling without the heaviness such as cotton. The spandex gives a little stretch that he needs. My husband had prostate surgery and needs some stretch to accommodate his incontinence products when needed. The zippered pockets are a plus if he needs to put small items for safe keeping.We also bought a pair for our grandson who has extremely sensitive skin due to his eczema; he really likes them and that is a plus considering he is a teenager!I would definitely buy these shorts again.

Unfortunately, I don't have my measuring tape available to show the measurements, and I'm returning this, so I won't be able to, but the inseam length on the 9 inch inseam shorts I ordered is indeed 9 inches. However, the length above the inseam is longer than any of my other 9 inch inseam shorts. As a result, these shorts are longer and hang lower than I'd like.Also, the elastic drawstring is crazy long, longest I've ever seen. With both left and right strings relatively equal length, each string is longer than the entirety of the shorts from top to bottom. If you didn't tie them, they'd be sticking out below the shorts.On the bright side, the zippered pockets were nice and large and could easily fit my S23, and I thought the shorts felt pretty comfortable, aside from being too long.

My boys are 10 and 12 and have had continual problems with their cell phones falling out of traditional shorts pockets! So I got online and found these shorts. Not only do they look fantastic and feel fantastic but they have three zippers on them! No more losing things out of the pockets and the shorts look classy! A step up from the norm! And my boys love them! We bought these in four colors!

I don’t often write reviews, but these shorts are great. They’re great quality and comfortable. I really like shorts with zipper pockets and these have exactly that. If you are looking for some shorts to hike in, exercise in, or just wear casually these are it.

The shorts are very lightweight and very comfortable in the sweltering Texas heat.All the pockets have zippers which are very helpful when I’m wearing them in sporting events.I play pickleball and these do not bind or hinder my movement in any way. As far as durability, time will only tell.
