We all make mistakes. What matters is how they are dealt with.I ordered the window stays and unfortunately some essential parts were not packed with the main item.I emailed the company on the Saturday afternoon and received a reply first thing Monday morning.They apologised for the error and promised to post the missing parts ASAP, which duly arrived the next morning. Ten out of ten for customer service.Incidentally the product is of good quality and very well priced.

Like the chrome effect
These are ok and did the job as they are not solid they can bend easily. One of the prongs snapped…no spares…..wouldn’t purchase again. Perfect example of getting what you pay for……
