I should work but must be dry and have time to dry after you use flex seal

Can this be used to seal plastic in a cat box to avoid odor?

Flex Seal liquid is not plant and animal safe. However Flex Seal Liquid is. We have never tested it for this use. I'm not sure it will take away the odor since there will still be a hole in the cat box for the odor and cat to escape.

I am trying to seal a water fountain. but i want it to be blue. can i use the flex seal liquid first and then spray the blue flex seal for color?

I did not use the flex seal liquid, but I did use the blue flex seal on an inside pond, and it has held up very well

How many cans do I need to paint a canoe?

Not sure exactly but a can doesn't cover a large area depending on how thick you need to apply it. We used ours for smaller areas and it worked great!
