Great lights.
I brought my first LED light 2 years ago, it was good 300w light as i did my homework, i was happy with this light but over time as you do i found out more about lighting, so i decided to invest in a new one, i brought the KINGBO Optical Lens-Series 300W Full Spectrum LED Grow Light, as it has a veg stage and a flowering stage so uses less electric with no loss in growth (from my experience, your mileage may vary), its is well built and pretty quiet (half the volume of my old one), i love it. so impressed with the KINGBO Optical Lens-Series 300W Grow Light, i brought the 600w KINGBO Optical Lens-Series Full Spectrum LED Grow Light and its the same just 600w. Moving on to present day i now build good quality metal grow cabinets and metal vegetation cabinets for sale, along with all the other equipment i fit lights.....and you guessed it, i use 300w or 600w KINGBO Optical Lens-Series Full Spectrum LED Grow Lights in the grow cabinets and 150w ufo KINGBO LED Grow Lights in the veg cabinets. if you want a good quality, well made, energy efficient and well priced grow light then i can not recommend Kingbo lights enough. I have had multiple correspondence with Kingbo and as with there lights there staff and friendly and very helpful.

Impressive ish
I bought the Optical Lens-Series 1000W for my tomatoes and have used it from seedlings to harvest. The seedlings responded really well to the light and shot up with minimal stretching and internodal distance as I normally see in the greenhouse. I doubt it will cover an area more than 3ft by 2ft and you don't get canopy penetration much more than about 3ft from the light, anything more than that, and the fruit isn't as ripe as it should be. Its a promising LED light that seems fairly good value for money considering what it does, (see amendment) what's more, the plants respond really well and look very healthy shades of green. I wasn't a believer in LED's but this puppy has changed my mind. It's good for a small garden with a few plants depending on what you grow, but a word of warning it's very heavy so watch out what you hang it from, it also runs quite hot!Amendment! My light stopped working with only about 6 months of use!! One STAR deducted. It was flickering for a while then the lights started to go out one by one. Only one-quarter of the lights are working the rest are not working/bust!!! I've been on to support and given them several photo's. The reply from support was supprising. It seems a bit odd that I will be instructed to try and fix this problem myself with some instructions from the support team. Meanwhile, I don't have a light! The instructions are woefully short on making any sense. I will add further comments as the situation unfolds. OK, spare parts arrived from Kingbo. It's complicated to fix especially with the lack of legible instructions. I had to change 6 power units and the main lightboard. I noted the new lightboard that came did not have any cooling fins. After a lot of hassle, I managed to fix the light but with the new parts, the light is running hotter than before. I'm not overly impressed with the "Worry-Free 3 years warranty"! They send you spare parts and you fix it yourself, so it's not a worry-free 3-year warranty, keep this in mind when buying because things will go wrong. This worry-free 3-year warranty by fixing it yourself, in my view, is worrying and could also be a possible fire hazard. In all, the light is very good at providing all the light needed throughout the grow and bloom cycle of your plants, canopy penetration is a bit of an issue, anything below the top 20 inches of the canopy doesn't ripen well, it's suitable for an area of about 3X2 feet, Max. The warranty issues worry me to be honest, there are language barriers via email. instructions are poor at best and this fix it yourself is an accident waiting to happen. The support team does try to be helpful and they do reply to my request, however, there seems to be a hint of selective reading and some issues I mentioned were/are ignored.

Wow value for money good buy
Wow nice little 300w light only drawing 130 watts from the wall nice lenses which gives u more canopy penetration iv had 10inch at least giving me some nice sized buds I believe it uses the 5w 700ma led and even tho iv not had one go yet thanks to the light excellent heat dissipation if one led does go the rest stay working and u can replace Leds easily and cheaply would recommend going a step up if you can afford it and go for the 600w would deffinetly but again much better than mars or other makes in the same price range

The beast. Bloom away!
Bought this after using other Kingbo LED lamps to great effect. This is an awesome light-so awesome you need to be careful how close you have this to the plants as it is very powerful. This knocked a week off my fructification period. Recommended 100%, and with the great customer service from Kingbo. 5 stars.

Awesome LED light
Great LED light, has a veg and bloom switch which helps save energy costs, working a treat for growing my plants. I bought some ratchets to raise and lower the lights too, so I can distance them away from the plants.

I purchased this Grow Light to be able to grow Basil in the winter months. In the few weeks I have had it, it seems to be doing it's job well, the Basil has never looked so healthy.
