Excellent replacement wheels
These wheels perfectly fit my 2-wheel dolly.Just make sure that the shaft diameter on your dolly matches the stated diameter on the seller's page and you will not have a problem. I have already moved several very heavy items without any problems.

Tire is rubber , the actual wheel rim is hard plastic .

just what I needed for my hose reel
My old hose reel came with crappy tubed tires that dry rotted after 3 years. I had 2 solid wheels from an old rototiller so I needed 2 more to salvage a very good hose reel. These worked perfectly.
