My camera can't charge. It always 0% battery when charging. How it works?

This is a problem with all of the Socialmatics. I have had 3 of them that have all died the same no-charge death. DB Roth (which is the retail arm of CA Marketing, which licenses the Polaroid name and manufactures and markets Polaroid cameras) has zero customer service and I am sure DB Roth and CA Marketing are hoping this mess goes away. Even Socialmatic LLC, which originally came up with the concept for the camera, has an apology on its Facebook page for the mess its concept became. Here it is (obviously they care more about this product than the manufacturer and seller). SMTP01, the first camera developed by Socialmatic LLC, had a difficult gestation: maybe due to a too ambitious project or due to all those compromises we have accepted. The result is a camera with some troubles that have mortified the whole concept, really so far from the original idea of the founders. This is not a post to cite excuses: we simply have failed and we apologize for this. The result of this awareness has been a new start with new ideas and new development. We are discussing with new partners development of a product that can meet exactly the expectation of the users, giving to the printed photography the dignity that it deserves: we will never give up. In the meanwhile we have completed the development of the Photonetwork, the first social network for the printed photography, with apps for iOS and Android as well. A new ecosystem now is ready to fight in the land of the Social Networks .A new ecosystem made of memories, pictures, megabytes and passion."

do all the pictures come with that qr code on the picture there?

No. Just the original picture you take:)

My camera can't charge or be turned on, I only used it twice, and the customer service does not write me back either, what should I do?

i had the same problem and i sant it back and i asked for a refound i suggest to do the same.

Can you have that distinct white frame that you can leave blank or write personalized fun messages?

It is not the standard polaroid print, you can make the frame digitally, but it's not a real polaroid shot, you will end up with a photo looking like it's missing part of the picture. I also have polaroid camera piano 50s, and it makes real polaroid prints, with that distinct white frame. I regret buying socialmatic camera, waste of money

the screen is poor quality and very slow to react to input

Camera feels cheap and very breakable, doesn't take decent quality photos, the screen is poor quality and very slow to react to input.The socialmatic app doesn't actually work, it crashes when you open it.Polaroid support never acknowledged my query (sent weeks ago, I've since returned the camera anyway).Absolute garbage, avoid.
