Worked Great For My Car
I have a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL and this pulled up and read my ABS codes easily. Now I know exactly what is wrong with my car, great product for under $50!

ABS scan works. Takes several minutes, be patient with scan.
It works for me and my 2008 Toyota Yaris sedan. Be patient! I got the ABS codes I needed to proceed with repairs, but the scan was slow in my opinion. The scan for both engine DTC and ABS brake codes took about 4 or 5 minutes, slow compared to another DTC scan tool I purchased locally at a big box retailer for $20, that other one only does engine DTC. I followed the instructions both inside the package card and the even better by reading downloadable instructions on Innova's web site. The manufacturer site even has a searchable code library. Just type in the car brand and DTC or ABS code and it tells you what it means. This can save you money on repairs even if you don't repair it yourself. It arms you with knowledge, and that in itself is power. The first and second scan produced ERROR and NO SUP for the ABS brake scan. I waited and tried again later in the day and then, after a couple minutes scanning, it worked and I got my codes I needed for future repair work to procede. For the price it is a great troubleshooting tool that is easy to use in conjunction with the DTC on the Internet. I used my smart phone to snap a picture of the screen code to show a mechanic or auto parts store and to look up code meanings on Innova's web site. I recommend getting one!

Works great! Saved us $!
Got this on a whim as an additional Christmas gift. Barely into January and we needed to use it! Took a couple of tries to figure it out, but then it correctly identified the "check engine" light and reassured us the problem wasn't serious. Saved us an unneeded trip to the shop and couldn't have been much more idiot-proof to use! Getting more as gifts for all the families in our family!

It does read abs codes. Read the instructions.
This scanner does read abs codes. It gave me an abs code on my 2009 Chevalet express Van.Looked up the Pacific Year make and model for my vehicle general motors chevrolet code Definition on the innova web site. Told me my left rear wheel speed sensor went out. After reading all the conflicting review reports on this scanner I was skeptical whether I should get this scanner. The good reviews outweigh the bad reviews. So I bought the scanner and gave it a try. After taking the scanner out of the package the 1st thing I did was read the Manual instructions that it came with. The instructions are self expanitory on how To bring up the ABS codes. Reading the instructions sure does Help when it comes to operating the scan tool. I also used this scanner tool on my My friends 2007 Honda accord. He was impressed on how the scanner worked and how cheap it was. So he got one for his self.

Not dependable....false readings
I bought it in September as a fast and dependable scanner when at the auction looking at cars. It recently started giving me incorrect readings which resulted in me purchasing multiple vehicles under the belief that there wasn't anything wrong with them. But when I got them back to the shop my other scanners where picking up multiple engine codes in the vehicles. I tested multiple vehicles with multiple scanners and this was the only one that wasn't reading any codes. I just checked and there's a "parts only" warranty. What a joke. I just ordered another brand for about half the price that offers a 2 year replacement warranty.

Adequate Scanner
The scanner works OK with my car, but didn't work as well on my wife's car. I had problems deleting the "check engine light" and wound up taking the car to the mechanic. It's not a top of the line instrument, so you get what you pay for.
