Q: what bust-waist-measurment for 18

It is Bust 40" waist 32" according to the pattern. The sizes are US so its better to go by the measurements. I haven't used the pattern yet so not sure how fitted it is. It is often a good idea to measure across the waist area deducting seam allowance on each side of each piece to get a rough idea as you can always allow a bit extra on each piece if it's skimpy. You can always take in the seams, it's much more of a problem if it turns out too tight. Hope this helps
