Kaweco SKYLINE Sport Fountain Pen Limited Edition Rose Quartz, Fine Nib

I am a pen hoarder or at least get all giddy in the fall when school supplies are out in the stores. This pen was a gift and has not disappointed. Love the pink color. Love the ease of use. Would purchase again.

The nib writes smoothly as expected from a Kaweco pen. I have always used an EF Nib and the F nib is just a tad thicker. It is not noticeable on a good smooth paper, but with cheap copy paper you will definitely see it. I bought a converter (sold separately & filled it with my Iroshizuku inks (the package comes with one cartridge) & a clip. The reason why I am giving this 4 stars is because it is not really the pretty soft pink color you would expect, but rather it is close to being white. The coffee colored one looks more of a tan-ish pink than this one. Plus it is double the price which I think is not woth it. Just add $7 more and you can already have a TWSBI Diamond 580 which in my opinion had a better plastic construction.

Pretty pen, but way more expensive than the other colors and didn’t come with ink like my other ones. Disappointed as it was a gift and now they have to order ink separate.

Beautiful and dainty.

Pen arrived in brand new packaging and I open it all up only to discover the end part hadn’t been screwed on properly and a bunch of ink had spilled all in the cap. The pen writes great but now half the ink is gone and the pen is stained.

No tin box included as the usual packaging of this pen. Came in a cheap box. Good thing that the pen itself was fine.
