Great for mature dry skin
I love this cleanser as you only need to use a small pea size drop for it to work well. I warm it in my hands for about 30 seconds and add a drop of water before gently working it nto my face to remove makeup and exfoliate the skin,

Quality ad customer careb
Unfortunately this product appears to vary in quality. Having bought and used it for several years I then seem to have purchased an ‘off batch’. ESPA’s Customer Care Service was appalling when I queried this . Their products are expensive so if you can .. try before you buy!

Product not up to usual standards
I think I was sold one that had gone off. I have been using this product for several months and the consistency has always been firm until you melt it with your fingertips and glides onto your skin. This one was a funny yellow colour which had melted in the jar leaving it really runny like butter and gritty. Customer services did not want to know and said it was ‘normal’ yeah right!
